Civmec are currently seeking an experienced Completions Coordinator to provide Administrative support to the Quality Team whilst ensuring all administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
This is a full time role working with our growing Western Range Project team in the Pilbara, this role needs someone who is available immediately to work a 2 : 1 FIFO roster until the end of 2024.
Upon completion, we have additional works on the greenfields site in the same area.
The Role
The main duties of this position are :
- Manage and administer the Projects Completion & Commissioning Management System (CCMS) Hexagon Completions in close collaboration with Worley / Rio Tinto Completions and Commissioning Personnel
- Configuration of test pack requests for ITRs and review of Asset Type relationships, Punchlist Categories, Work Packages
- Generation of Inspection tasks for field completion activities
- Oversee completion and uploading of ITR’s and Project data with respect to Systemisation Hierarchy, Tags to Subsystems, Field Punch items
- Expediting Completion of ITRs and closure of punch items
- Coordination of CVC and walk downs
- Expediting final completions dossier compilation to open up commissioning work fronts
- Support digital completions with digital mobile tablet enablement and configuration
- Support project team in the collation of completions documentation for handover Dossiers and project MDRs
- Daily and monthly reporting on completions progress by stage
- Any other administrative duties as required by the key role relationship members
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
- Ensure QAQC records are progressively completed and signed off in accordance with schedule
About You
Essential Experience
- Previously worked in an Completions / Commissioning System related role Preferably in the construction / completions sector
- Knowledge of project quality, completions and commissioning systems
- Experience in compilation of project MDR’s
- Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent computer literacy including CCMS systems, MS word, Excel, Adobe / Foxit
