The Workforce Development division of the Department of Corporate and Digital Development delivers strategic workforce initiatives to meet client agency requirements and achieve improved workforce capability outcomes.
The Early Careers team manages the coordination and delivery of enterprise wide Early Careers programs across the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS).
The Early Careers team currently has two opportunities available to join our established team :
- Partnerships and Engagement Consultant Ongoing
- Early Careers Consultant Fixed term
As the Partnerships and Engagement Consultant your role will be to coordinate Early Careers promotional and engagement activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, candidate attraction and the delivery of Early Careers pathway programs.
This involves developing and maintaining external partnerships with groups such as universities and schools, coordinate the Early Careers events calendar, and developing and maintaining promotional content and communication materials.
As the Early Careers Consultant your primary objective is to provide high level, client focussed support to Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) agencies to deliver enterprise Early Careers pathway programs.
This role will see you collaborating with agency contacts and supervisors to provide a high-quality early careers service and end-to-end support to manage participation across the Early Careers programs.
To be successful in these opportunities, you will have demonstrated experience in employment program coordination, the ability to build influential professional relationships, have strong problem solving and organisational skills and have well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Located in Manunda Place, Darwin, you will work alongside a supportive and inspiring team, and be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package consisting of;
