The Carnarvon Hotel is looking for friendly enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team.
This role requires a strong confident person that can take ownership of the role, be able to think on their feet when interacting with different clientele.
This is an allrounder role and requires experience in the following areas but not limited to: serving Australian alcoholic drinks, taking food orders and understanding different foods, food running (must be able to carry 3 plates) washing dishes opening and closing the venue, being able to take responsibility for RSA, additional hours can be obtained by housekeeping - cleaning amenities and guest room with an eye for detail.
This role requires previous experience working behind fast passed bars and knowledge of Australian drinks is a must
