Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Lead and oversee our team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service operations.
- Collaborate with managers in other departments to address customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to staff, fostering consistency across all stores.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability, embracing innovative ideas.
- Maintain and exceed excellent customer service standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Experience in providing customer service support.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Advantageous Skills (Not Essential):
- Certificate IV in Financial Services.
- Demonstrated experience in retail management.
