This initiative aims to build more homes faster, with a significant target of one million new homes by 2046.As part of the SFDT, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the planning and development process to overcome obstacles that hinder the timely construction of new homes. Your responsibilities will include resolving development and infrastructure issues, ensuring the efficient processing of state significant proposals, and prioritising applications that involve affordable and/or social housing.
We recognise the importance of strategic thinking, effective governance, and strong relationships in achieving our goals and are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Economic Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in driving organisational success through critical analysis, innovative problem- solving, delivering exceptional results and effective relationship management. You will be responsible for leading initiatives, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects by maintaining high standards of practice, fostering collaboration, and demonstrating accountability.
