In your role, you will support at the school leader through the implementation of the system's Reading Commitment to ensure that all learners are developing the necessary skills to be literate, life-long learners.
* You may also organise school and community meetings, engaging with families and staff.

* You are a strong communicator with great time management as sometimes you will need to work as a team and sometimes on your own.

* use past experience in co-design approaches when working with the school and community
* likes using data (such as truancy or absentee) and use this to inform strategies
