Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in customer management

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience owning and managing business and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to flag challenges and trends to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g., Hiring Manager, Staffing Leads, People Partners, Compensation etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of operational aptitude, with a data oriented, problem solving and result driven mindset

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit talent in APAC by leveraging recruiting processes, tools, and gathering role requirements, and recommendations.
  • Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and customer needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
  • Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
  • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Solve challenges and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities.
