You will be energetic, and committed and strive for nothing but excellence.
The Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting property inspections and preparing inspection reports.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors/vendors to ensure timely resolutions
- Manage lease agreements including processing applications, conducting reference checks, and coordinating lease signings.
- Provide leasing administration support, including preparing lease documentation, handling tenant inquiries, and facilitating lease renewals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and legislation.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct periodic rent reviews and assist with rental arrears management.
- Handle property marketing administration, including creating listings, managing advertising, and coordinating property viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related information, including tenancy agreements, maintenance records, and financial transactions.
The Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and vendors. A Real Estate Certificate or License is essential, along with access to own car and driver’s license. The successful applicant will also possess:
- A positive & energetic personality
- Immaculate personal presentation
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Proficiency with Inspect Real Estate (IRE), Property Me & Inspection Express software is highly desirable
