About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our friendly professional kitchen team here at The Bowlo Bangalow.

Joining The Bowlo Bangalow means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Verandah Beecroft, The Glasshouse Artarmon, Molly's Pavilion Cheltenham and Seagulls Tweed Heads.
Your Key Priorities will be to:
- Supporting the Head Chef and other chefs in food preparation and cleaning of the kitchen.
- Ensuring the kitchen is consistently producing high quality meals.
- Adhering to strict safety guidelines and Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
- Working in an A la carte kitchen and prep/function kitchen
The Candidate:
- Experience in working under pressure in a fast environment.
- Experience in food quality control
- Flexibility and available to work a 5 day / all day operation
- Experience in adhering to strict health and hygiene standards and, also to Workplace Health & Safety legislation
- Passionate about producing great tasting, looking quality food
