23/4 - 20/5 assignment. Inner West location, next to public transport

Our Recruitment division is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the supply of Payroll staff, with a particular focus on payroll professionals who are experienced with our own software systems. The Access Group Recruitment are the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for contract or permanent positions.
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer to assist for a short term assignment, whilst the current person goes on leave.
You would initially get a handover for this stand alone role, where you would be payrolling approx 500 fortnightly paid employees.
On a day to day basis you would be:

• Processing payroll
• Answering inbox queries
• Some data entry of timesheets
• General payroll processing
• Other payroll related duties as required

Skills and experience:

• Solid payroll experience
• MicrOpay experience is essential
• High level of attention to detail & accuracy

Rate: Up to $60 per hour depending on experience
