Connect Resources is an industry leading brand in civil construction in the WA and NSW market, supplying labour hire to major civil contractors such as Georgiou, Downer and CPB Contractors. Our office is centrally located in North Sydney within a 5 minute walk from North Sydney Station.We have built a reputation for:

- Having long standing relationships with candidates and clients
- Working on the major civil projects across the states of QLD, NSW and WA.
- Knowing our industry inside and out.
The Business Development role will also involve:
- Working directly with the Managing Director who will teach you how to build a reputation and network like them
- Contributing to the team’s success by coming up with new ideas, working together, and supporting each other
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge
As a high-performing Business Development Manager, you will have the potential to advance to a leadership role, where you'll oversee and optimise recruitment processes, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
We ask that you have:
- 2 years+ experience either on a construction site, office experience in civil construction, or a degree / relevant TAFE qualification such as Business, Marketing or Construction
- Confident communication skills with an interest in connecting with people
- Eagerness to learn about an industry in depth
