- 1-2 years experience as a Store Manager in a high volume sales environment
- Strong experience in meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage the performance and development of a team
- A passion for retail, specifically cooking!
