Local Health Services Australia is looking for a dedicated, compassionate individual to join our team of Support Workers in Chatswood NSW.As a Support Worker you will be working as a companion to our NDIS participants performing tasks.
Within your role you will promote dignity, respect and choice and support our NDIS participants to live their best life and you will ensure the client is at the center of everything you do.
What the role involves:
- Daily Assistance: Domestic Support
- Community Access: Appointments, Shopping
- Supportive & friendly team environment
- Fortnightly pay
Certificate III Disability/Age care
Valid NSW Driver's License with insured vehicle
First Aid certificate
CPR Certificate
National Police Check
Vaccination Cert
