Seeking experienced Assistant Store Managers for multiple roles across Greater Sydney to assist in the daily operations of our Client's retail stores.

Salary : $57,000 per annum + superannuation and incentives
Location : Greater Sydney Region, NSW - Chullora, Emu Plains, Miranda, North Rocks & St Clair
Overview
Our Client is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers and their families living with a hearing loss. Our Client is looking for multiple Assistant Store Managers across multiple sites in the Greater Sydney region.
Key Objectives

• Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Chullora, Emu Plains, Miranda, North Rocks & St Clair stores
• Coach your team to generate leads and interact daily with customers
• Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
• Complete the day-to-day operations of the store
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Essential Criteria

• An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with potential customers on a daily basis
• Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
• A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
• Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster
• Basic computer literacy
