About the role
We are seeking compassionate, conscientious, and motivated Massage Therapists to work within our Care Squared brand.
At Care Squared , you must be able to provide massage-based support to our customers and NDIS participants, inclusive of evidence-based assessment and intervention. It is important that you display exceptional communication and time management skills and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a multi and transdisciplinary allied health team.
Amongst your desired caseload you will:
  • Managing your day-to-day client activities to support positive outcomes for your clients and their families.
  • Provide client-driven, evidence-based therapy services to clients in their home and community environments, focusing on their personal goal attainment.
  • Provide therapy services either individually or as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA- related entities, family members, educational staff, and community members, to provide individualised support plans.
About you
In order to thrive in this role, it’s essential that you have:
  • Minimum of Certificate Level IV in Massage Therapy.
  • Passion for supporting people to maximise their independence and realise their full potential.
  • A high level of verbal, written communication and computer literacy skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence with access to your own vehicle.
  • A willingness to complete criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent).
  • A willingness to complete a working with vulnerable people check (or state equivalent).
