Our Client is seeking Assistant Store Managers to help lead the teams and daily operations at their Raymond Terrace & Wallsend stores in Newcastle.

Salary : $57,000 per annum + superannuation and incentives
Location : Raymond Terrace & Wallsend, NSW

Key Objectives
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Raymond Terrace & Wallsend stores
- Coach your team to generate leads and interact daily with customers
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete the day-to-day operations of the store
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
- Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster
- Basic computer literacy
