Trade Assistant required in Mayfield commencing on Friday 5th of April
Workfastis a labour hire and specialist recruitment company working with some of Australia’s largest and leading engineering companies.We are working on behalf of our client, who are a reputable sub contractor within the rail and construction industry , who are seeking experienced Trade Assistants in Mayfield, NSW.
Summary:
- 12 hour shifts - Day shifts
- Long term shutdown work
- NSW Government project
- Potential for permanent opportunities
- $36 per hour + penalties + super
- Assisting Tradesmen such as Boilermakers, Fitters and Riggers
- Trench Digging
- Use of hand tools and power tools
- Unloading of deliveries
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Experience in working with Boilermakers, Fitters and Riggers
- Must have a Working at Heights
- Must have a EWP
- Ideally live a close commute to Waratah, NSW
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Strong safety focus and ability to operate within WHS&E policies
- Strong organisational and team working skills
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
- Hold a Pegasus account (preferable)
- Hardworking, honest & reliable character with a positive attitude
