The role:-North Adelaide Healthcare is a small, boutique medical centre based in Melbourne Street, North Adelaide. We offer both general medical services and skincare services to our patients. We are seeking a senior medical receptionist (initially on a casual contract) who can provide support with reception and administrative duties while providing a superior customer service experience to our patients and our healthcare practitioners.
Working hours::
Wednesday 8:45am to 5:15pm
Thursday 8:45am to 5:15pm
Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm
Key requirements:-
- Previous medical administration or reception experience at a senior level
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Proficient in Best Practice Software
- Experience / knowledge of Hotdoc functionality
- Experience with accounts both payable and receivable
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- The hourly rate will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications
