About the Role
We present a thrilling opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech Pathologist to become part of our team across various campuses. This distinctive role, situated within our mainstream early learning centers, involves providing speech pathology services to children aged 0-5 years.
As part of this role, you will provide your expertise in speech and language identification, assessment, intervention, and evidence-based practice methodology to deliver top-notch speech pathology programs to children and their families within the early education setting.
In this role, you will:
- Perform speech and language assessments and provide evidence-based individual and group interventions.
- Work closely with Mini Masterminds center directors and educators at each service through consultation, training, and professional development.
- Assist center directors and educators in creating enriching environments and resources that foster children's speech, language, emergent literacy, and social/emotional development.
- Establish positive relationships with families through effective communication and frequent face-to-face interactions.
- Regularly communicate with staff and families regarding children’s goals, strategies, and outcomes utilising customised technology.
- Participate in the ongoing evaluation of children’s programs.
