ECT Room Leader / Educational Leader | Box Hill Mini Masterminds is a leading early childhood education and care provider committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

With over 22 centers nationally, our rapidly expanding Box Hill center seeks an Early Childhood Room leader. As an ECT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. You will be an integral part of our passionate team of educators and leaders. You will work closely with our families to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with our philosophy and values.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Full Time availability.
• Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Educator and/or room leader experience, working with children aged 0-6 (preferable)
• Effective communicator with children and families.
• First aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to obtain a paid and verified Working with Children's Check.
