Position: Direct Sales Consultant Location: Melbourne
What We're Looking For: Are you enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to make a difference? We are seeking individuals with a background in RTO, retail, hospitality, insurance, banking or sales who can seamlessly blend into our lively team. As a Direct Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, contributing to the success of our organization while enjoying a workplace that values camaraderie, growth, and achievement.
Key Requirements:
Light and friendly demeanour to complement our team culture
Motivated drive to succeed and exceed targets
Willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
Comfortable with meeting targets and KPIs
Previous experience in an office or call centre setting
Not afraid of the phone – excellent communication skills are a must
Full-time availability to work on-site in Keysborough
Possession of a valid driver's license
Desirable Skills:
Background in the RTO sector
Knowledge of sales process
Experience with Salesforce or Vet Track
