Looking for a friendly Restaurant Manager to join and lead the team!

About the Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining great standards.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set clear performance expectations, provide guidance, and support the team's professional development.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive incredible service, creating memorable experiences that keep them returning.

  • Operational Greatness: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, stock management, and cost control measures to ensure smooth and efficient service and delivery.

  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant, complying with all health and safety regulations.

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the kitchen team to continuously improve menu, ensuring they align with the business concept and work with on going trends.

  • Financial Management: Assist Owner to monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue targets, and expense control, to optimise profitability without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for delivering customer service.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A creative and strategic mindset to drive innovation and growth.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • RSA preferred
