As we continue to grow and expand, our Sydney branch is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Internal Sales representative.
The Role
As an integral part of our sales team, you will be the front line in providing our customers with unparalleled product and technical support. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from processing orders received via phone and email to delivering exceptional service at our customer counter. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and works well within a team to support and drive our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process orders received through phone and email
- Deliver exceptional customer service both at the counter and over the phone
- Respond to general enquiries regarding sales and hire
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
- Manage showroom stock levels and presentation
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- General computer literacy, with administrative and written English capabilities
- Previous experience in construction, formwork trade is valued but not essential
