The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Lead Delivery Managers, multidisciplinary development teams and Executives to contribute to the successful delivery of projects within multiple business areas.
- Embed Agile delivery and governance practices into day-to-day operations.
- Lead a team and foster Agile maturity within the organisation.
- Transfer knowledge and mentor existing staff to enhance Agile practices.
- Co-locate with project teams as needed.
- Set team cadence, facilitate events, and prioritise tasks to optimise value.
- Support teams in maintaining appropriate product quality standards.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Exhibiting Agile leadership through a deep understanding and appreciation of all the roles and responsibilities of a delivery team.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
- Highly developed communication and facilitation skills.
- Able to adapt in challenging environments while continuing to deliver valuable and human centered outcomes.
