The Company
Lotus People are delighted to to collaborate with one of Australia's leading wealth management firms to recruit a Corporate Receptionist for their incredible Sydney CBD office!

The Role
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our esteemed client and to support their dynamic team. You will be the face of the company, meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the office, so a warm, professional and friendly attitude is a must for this role!
The reception team work a weekly rotating roster with shifts either 7.30am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm, offering flexibility within the team.
The Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls, accurately taking and relaying messages to the relevant advisors.
- Welcome and assist clients at the reception desk.
- Manage meeting room bookings and setups, including arranging MS Teams meetings.
- Coordinate morning meetings, catering, and event management including RSVPs and logistics.
- Oversee reception area upkeep, including newspapers, flowers, and supply management.
- Handle administration tasks for the team such as printing, scanning, and managing supplies.
- Monitor email inboxes and respond to client enquiries.
- Ensure tidiness and general upkeep of meeting rooms, reception, and kitchen areas.
- Support other branches by managing diverted calls as necessary.
- $72,000 - $76,000 + Super (dependant on experience)

- Experience with MS Office and Zoom.
