Customer Service Representative

This is an immediate start at our Wolli Creek office.
The role
- Establishing professional rapport with customers and operations team
- Proactively supporting customers and operations to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained or exceeded
- Ensuring communication between Holloway and customers is professional, prompt, accurate, and timely
- Processing and coordinating client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements and minimise costs
- Preparing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Participating in identifying opportunities for process improvement
About you
- Prior experience in a similar position within the Warehousing and Logistics Industry (advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy skills and experience with Google suite of applications
- Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume work environment
- Proven eye for detail and accuracy
- Time management, planning and organisational skills
- High attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team or autonomously

Salary: $30.40 – $32.40 per hour
