About the Role:
As the Area Manager for Western Sydney, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational success and profitability of multiple stores within the region. Your primary focus will be on driving sales performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all locations. With a strong emphasis on team leadership and development, you'll inspire and motivate a younger team to achieve their full potential. Your role will involve regular travel between stores, conducting audits, and providing coaching and support to store managers.
