Description:
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:
- Hands on role that will see you being on the tools
- Plan, schedule and deliver work for both planned and responsive maintenance
- Proactively make recommendations for maintenance
- Liaise with residents and body corporate committees when required
- Provide detailed accurate ad/hoc and periodic reporting.
- Undertake regular scheduled inspections of the site tending to all maintenance issues within your scope
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Background in general maintenance work - painting, carpentry and general repairs and gyprocking highly regarded
- A friendly, customer-centric 'can do' attitude
- Good personal presentation and strong communication skills
- Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures and processes
- Punctuality, reliability and proactivity
- Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
