About the role:
This role is for a Domestic Cleaner but having a certificate in Individual Support would be an advantage and could see an increase of hours that include Support Work.
The hours of work for this position is 2 hours per week but will grow as clients come on board.
As a Domestic Cleaner with Guide Right Support Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' homes are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain a pristine environment.
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas to promote a healthy living space.
- Paying attention to detail to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and organised.
- Adhering to safety protocols and using cleaning products and equipment effectively and responsibly.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
To be a successful candidate you should have:
Required:
- Driver's licence and car with current registration
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
- The right to work in Australia
- National police certificate
- Working with children check
- NDIS worker clearance number (required)
- Completion of the NDIS worker orientation module “Quality, Safety and You” (required)
- Must live locally
Preferred:
- Experience in a cleaning service
- Current First aid certificate

Guide Right Support Services adopt a direct employment model with remuneration aligned with the Social and Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry award 2010. We do not engage staff under individual ABNs or subcontract arrangements.

Salary: $32.08 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
