Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Performing general administrative tasks efficiently.
- Responding to verbal and written inquiries effectively.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence accurately.
- Providing crucial administrative support to the team and senior management including ad-hoc duties
- Maintaining accounts, invoicing, and/or data entry.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception and administration roles, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- High level of professionalism and presentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
