We are seeking a highly organised and energised Administration
Assistant / Concierge to join the team at Bethanie Subiaco Aged
Care Home on a permanent part-time basis working
15 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday (9:00am -
5:00pm).
Bethanie Subiaco is a 112 bed luxury facility that provides the
full range of aged care services including dementia support,
palliative care and respite services.
The role of Administration Assistant -
Concierge offers diversity in daily tasks and lots of
challenges, therefore we are looking for a ‘go-getter’
with a passion for customer service and a ‘can do’
attitude. You will have highly tuned administration skills along
with a genuine interest in the aged care industry.
In addition, you will also be willing to act in a front of house
role as Concierge. In this role, you will assess vistors’
needs and direct them to the appropriate channels in a professional
and efficient manner.
About the role:
Provide a customer-focused service for employees,
residents, visitors and suppliers
Assist in the collection and recording of resident
information related to expression of interest for admission to
the aged care facility
Assist with all enquiries from families in regards
residents
Ensure the resident’s cafeteria is maintained and
regularly serviced
Assist with deliveries to site
Ensure cleanliness of front counter area
About you:
You have proven experience with the administration of
rosters
Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative
position
High level of attention to detail, with the ability to
learn new processes and software quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including
presentation and report writing skills
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a
team
Willingness to obtain national police clearance and
vaccinations (3x covid and annual vaccination)
