The role:

This is an inbound call centre, phone-based role that will see you supporting our consumer customers. You will be taking calls from our existing customers enquiring about their internet banking and credit cards or transaction accounts.


We have set shift days:

Tuesday to Saturday with: Tuesday to Friday: 8 am - 7.15 pm & Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm

Monday to Friday with: Monday to Friday: 8 am - 7.15 pm

You will be allocated set days to work and your roster will rotate throughout the times listed.


The role will be a hybrid working model (on site/remote working) with the exception of training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training located at 153 Macquarie Street.

  • Previous contact centre & customer service experience will be highly regarded
