The Role
Based in our Parramatta Office, you will be working with a team of highly experienced recruitment consultants. You will learn the craft of recruitment consulting through comprehensive training and mentoring and play a hands-on role in generating quality talent and placing candidates successfully with our clients.
Specifically, you will:
- Connect and engage with our talent community.
- Identify quality talent through advertisements, sourcing strategies and networking activities.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews
- Coordinate client interviews and complete reference and working right checks.
Your Experience
If you are interested in kick starting a career within recruitment, we want to hear from you! To be considered for interview, you will need to demonstrate outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, a drive to succeed, a service-oriented approach, and high integrity.
A wide range of experiences can translate well to the recruitment sector, with retail, hospitality and the sporting industry sectors typically translating very well. Any prior experience where you have provided a high degree of customer service in a fast paced and high-pressure environment will equip you well for success. Experience within an administration/sales role will also be considered favourable.
