Description:
This well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this role will focus on leading and managing the customer service operations.
This is a varied role that will require you to:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the team
- Demonstrate experienced in FX/CFD products
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Streamline operations and enhance the customer experience
- Monitor and analyse customer service metrics
- Collaborate with sales and product development
- Develop industry specific training programs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for customer service representatives,
- Provide guidance on both MetaTrader and iRESS
- Manage and ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Manage, incentivise, and develop customer service staff
- Set realistic and attainable performance targets to ensure staff and customer satisfaction and improve
About You:
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and challenging environment, with the key to your success being in your knowledge of the financial trading markets.
You will have
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the FX/CFD industry
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) educated
- Hold RG146 or other relevant qualifications
- Experience with MetaTrader and iRESS Trading platforms
- Strong communications skills, and experienced in inbound/outbound calls
- Excellent written skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed
- Ability to manage and lead a team
Salary $75-85,000 base plus super
