Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to the bar staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
- Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality beverages, cocktails, and mocktails.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, orders, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise profit.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
- Training: Train and mentor staff on best practices, recipes, and service standards.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local and state alcohol regulations and health standards.
- Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, including time-off requests and shift rotations.
What you Need:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with local liquor laws and health regulations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
