Our client, located in the vibrant area of Canning Vale, is currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for phone based internal sales administration.
Responsibilities:
- Entering sales orders and processing
- Open new customer accounts on EWS and complete the process through to ensure first delivery is effected.
- Monthly sale reporting of new business and accounts, including and pipeline sales.
- Manage and grow your portfolio of clients.
About you:
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service & relationship building 2-3 years in tele-sales.
- Prior experience in SaleForce (Preferred but not essential)
- High problem-solving abilities thinking on your feet.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow up on actions.
