- Supporting a team of sales representatives
- Support with telephone and email correspondence
- Process listings through to settlement including contract preparation
- Database management
- Marketing - weekly reports and EDMs
- Additional adhoc admin
- Previous experience in residential sales administration or real estate office coordination or a Personal Assistant looking for more of an in-house support role
- The ability to work together with another team member, open communication, and organisation is a must
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
