Working FIFO from Perth, the Drills Product Support Advisor's primary role is to maximise operation and product reliability on the fleet of Caterpillar blast hole drills working for one of our major clients in the East Pilbara Region. You will possess a high regard to safety practices, policies and procedures and while delivering to customer's standards and expectation.
As a Product Support Advisor you will be equipped with the latest training on new model equipment to ensure you are setup to succeed by applying those skills and knowledge in order to make a difference. You will work with a highly supportive group and be part of a continuous improvement and solutions network team.
Location: Wodgina Mine, WA - Mineral Resources (opportunity to travel to other MRL sites in the Pilbara region)
Roster: 8 & 6 roster days only (8 days, 6 off), 12.5 hours each day inclusive of 30 mins break
To be successful the following is required:

• Australian-Recognised Trade Certificate
• HR-Licence
• Experience on mining surface drills - Caterpillar drills will be seen as advantageous
• Demonstrate a high level of trouble shooting and diagnostic skill
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of OEM warranty processes
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to safe work practices
• Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer
