Anytime Fitness Centrella Group are currently hiring for the role of Member Support Coach to work at Anytime Fitness Salisbury Downs, SA .
We are looking for an energetic, professional, positive minded team member with Certificate 4 in Fitness (Personal Trainer) or equivalent qualifications.
The role of Member Support Coach is to provide 20 hours per week of training support to our members as a paid employee. The role will also allow for Personal Training sessions as additional income to the Member Support Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gym floor presence to build member confidence & develop club culture
- Incoming/ Outgoing calls to build member confidence in returning to training or continuing with training. As well as educating the member on the AF Benefits/ services available as part of their membership.
- Office admin to maintain a schedule of Orientations, Consults and Body Composition scans.
- Create a fun, positive club culture.
- Pro-actively build our brand awareness in the community through the clubs outreach and social media platforms.
- Aiding club staff and cleaners in maintaining a tidy and clean club, including the re-racking of weights, putting away attachments and refilling of antibacterial wipes, toilet paper, hand sanitizer and hand soaps where necessary.

Successful candidate will need:
- Certificate 4 in Fitness or Personal Training equivalent qualification
- First Aid/ CPR, Insurance, Police clearance and DCSI Screening
- Confidence and consistency to improve club culture through member education
- Must have a true passion for all areas of health & fitness with a selfless desire to share that passion to our members
- An energy & personality that members will enjoy and will set the tone of club culture
