We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager/Area Manager to join a diverse and inclusive team of go-getters and scale the business across Queensland to all new heights.
A background in Retail or Hospitality Area Management would be highly desirable. Essentially, if you have a proven track record of managing operations, profit & loss and sales across any industry, we encourage you to apply.
The role:

• Overall people management across various locations
• Oversee customer lifecycle management, creating & streamlining processes when needed
• Drive overall success by being responsible for operational management, sales performance and strategic initiatives
• Developing, mentoring and training staff members
• Reporting across key metrics
• Dispute resolution

You will have:

• Previous business management experience (retail, hospitality or other)
• A proven track record in people management (developing, training and mentoring)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities (CRM experience, Excel etc)
• An inclusive and results focused leadership style with experience in overachieving on sales metrics
• The ability to think on the go and make smart commercial decisions
