Your new role:
Based on new and existing projects, Binah have varied positions for Site Supervisors across North, South, West and Inner West Sydney Suburbs.
Working closely with your Senior Foreman and reporting to your Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all finishes trades from roughing in and services through to final handover.
This will involve and not be limited to adhering to a strict construction program, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing and managing all site personnel and implementing all site OH&S.
For you to be successful:
- Ideally be trade qualified as Carpenter with a Cert IV in Building and Construction
- Must have a proven track record in delivering projects in excess of $50M
- Tier 1 and 2 head contractor experience would be highly regarded
- Having a diverse construction background is highly desirable
- Strong reporting and systems experience
- Must have excellent subcontractor liaison skills
- Must have an excellent understanding of the full-cycle construction process
- Excellent knowledge of local BCA and ITP requirements in class 2 residential projects
- Excellent Leadership skills
