THE POSITION
You will be responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and security threat focused team. You will be responsible for providing a strong security presence to deter non-compliant behaviour, customer service to staff and customers, good communications skills, build strong relationships with client staff, local law enforcement. This position is on a Monday to Friday roster working day shifts.
Your duties will include:
• Respond professionally, and promptly to all security threat incidents, client and customer enquiries
• Provide security, static guarding and patrol coverage on site
• Respond to security emergency incidents and liaise with client management, emergency services personnel
• Escort staff and customers where required
• Incident report writing skills
• Incident escalation skills
• Maintain physically fitness required to perform duties
Our ideal applicants will have:
• A valid NSW security licence
• A valid first aid certificate
• Prior experience in bank branch security work is highly desirable
• Solid incident response and management skills
• Good report writing and communication skills
• Confidence in dealing with security threats and non compliant customer incidents
