We are now looking for motivated, engaging Business Advisor to join our team. You will be working in the new Self-Employment Assistance program , which supports individuals to build the skills and knowledge required to run their own commercially viable small business.
The role will be based at our Tamworth office however travel will be required to other locations within that region. This is a full-time role and has the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO) option.
To be successful, you will need:
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
- A passion for small business with a strong understanding of small business operations. You will have experience either as a small business owner or in managing a small business.
- Experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
- A high level of customer service.
- The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate our customers
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment. You will be working as part of a geographically dispersed team.
