If you are an experienced Property Manager who is looking for an amazing temp opportunity in the Lower North Shore then this one is not to be missed!This boutique agency is seeking a temp commencing immediately to look after their portfolio for approximately 3 months.

As the Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of this well-managed portfolio of approx. 140 properties locally. With plenty of support (assistance from the leasing consultant & Head of Department), this is an exciting opportunity to temporarily join a great little team.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage a clean and tidy portfolio of 140 properties locally
- Effectively liaise with clients and tenants
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Experience using Property Tree is a must
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail
- You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
