Our client has a fresh, holistic approach to Strata Management that service requirements of owners within premium residential and commercial schemes. Rapidly expanding, you will be working alongside an experienced director, they are seeking a part time strata assistant.The Role:
This is a unique role that will be dependent on the candidates experience. They are seeking a part time strata assistant to support the director with managing their portfolio. Their portfolios are predominantly residential and are situated in Sydney's Inner West and Western Suburbs. Your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Support the director with adhoc duties as required
The Candidate :
- Must have experience in strata
- Could be a strata manager taking a step back!
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- This role is perfect for someone who is knowledgeable in strata & strong at actioning tasks
