Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Consultant or Manager level professional with an extensive background in consulting for a key client who is redesigning the scaled agile operating model and workforce for an ASX listed organisation.
As a Senior Consultant with strong Tech Operating Model experience you will play a pivotal role in guiding the clients through their digital transformation journey. Leveraging your expertise in business analyst, project management, agile methodologies, and the Spotify model, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable digital operating models that drive efficiency, innovation, and organizational agility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements focused on digital operating model transformation, from initial diagnosis and assessment to strategy development and execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business challenges and goals, and develop tailored solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Apply deep knowledge of agile principles and methodologies, with a particular emphasis on the Spotify model, to drive organizational agility and accelerate delivery cycles.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching sessions to upskill client teams on agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital operating model initiatives, including technology integration and change management.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of intellectual property and best practices in digital operating models.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on digital transformation and agile methodologies.
- Prior experience with business analysis and agile project management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing digital operating models , preferably using the Spotify model, in large organizations.
- Deep understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with hands-on experience leading agile transformations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a Big 4 consultancy or equivalent highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent are a plus.

Rate/salary : $130k + super (FTC), or $800 inc super per day (6 month day rate)
Open to contract and permanent, negotiable based on relevant experience. Candidates must have full work rights and be based in Sydney .
