They are currently looking for a top-tier Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth as a key player in their sales team.Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Prospecting: Develop and execute a robust cold prospecting process, leveraging your background and experience to connect with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) effectively.
- Audit & Pitch: Generate leads by auditing & then pitching cold prospects that fit the ICP. Be an expert in digital marketing to spot gaps in a brand's strategy.
- E-commerce & Performance Marketing Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing, gained from 3+ years in the agency world, to resonate with the target demographic.
- Lead Generation: Main KPI will be generating booked calls deemed qualified by the Head of Growth. Bonuses are paid for every qualified lead delivered & deals that are closed into sales.
- Closing Warm Leads: Qualify leads booked directly into your calendar daily & close those prospects after a performance audit by the Head of Growth.
