Looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to manage end-to-end accounts payable process.

They are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their team and to support their expanding operations.

THE ROLE
- Full Function AP Processing
- Supplier Statement & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Processing invoices and meticulously recording all payments made
- Reviewing and verifying all payments and expenses, which may involve cross-checking with purchase orders, payroll records and invoices
- Reconciling monthly payable reports
- Compiling and preparing monthly expense statements and financial reports
THE PERSON
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting environment, with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in previous standalone AP positions
- Previous experience in real estate, property, property management, services-based industries is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and proficiency in financial reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, and experience in accounting software
