About The Role
Reporting to the Restoration Manager and working alongside our on site technicians, this role sits within our Linx Restoration team. The Cleaner/Labourer is responsible for the support work in remediation and restoration services from small claims through to major loss insurance claims. In conjunction with our construction teams, the Restoration Cleaner/Labourer will carry out tasks such as builders cleans and supporting the technical restoration, building strip outs, restoration treatments on site and cleaning on contents items. It is predominantly a multi-site-based role, working on site-based building and contents restoration works, dealing with customers and utilising specialised equipment. Some metro and regional travel required at times. Travel allowance payable. Initial onsite training is provided along with formal accreditation training available to long term casuals and or those team members who become permanent employees.
Qualifications
- Full Drivers License and Construction /industry White Card
Key Professional Skills:
- Demonstrated history, experience and or willingness to learn within the cleaning and/or building industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with people across various skill levels
Key Attributes:
- Customer service skills and good communication skills are essential as this role will be onsite dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Most importantly a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn
