Description:

MyVisa Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager who can join their legal team and maintain customer satisfaction by providing assistance with customer enquiries, customer service management and problem-solving guidance.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop specific goals and plans to achieve sales targets by providing after-sale and customer satisfaction information.
  • Entering and maintaining information from customers
  • Monitor and coordinate sales and customer service
  • Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers
  • Customers management- Resolving problems and complaints from customers
  • Cross and analyse between daily log reports and sales figures
  • Complete team daily activities to coach behaviours and track results, progress and performance
  • Monitor guide and train current and new staff with customer service care, products knowledge and guidance, and company’s policy
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
  • Customer services follow up of procedures and improvements moving forward

Skills Required:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Great attitude & strong work ethic
  • Self- motivation and drive to exceed targets
  • First class communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and relationship building skills

The successful candidate will be offered a salary package of $70,000 p.a. plus superannuation.
